A new vision of Bolgheri
Destined for the production of grapes for sale , it was planted in 2008 and covers an area of 1.5 hectares. The soils are clayey-sandy and enjoy westerly exposure. The grapes are divided into 0.60 hectares of Sangiovese and 0.90 hectares of Teroldego.
Planted in 2025, it measures 1.9 hectares and is cultivated with Vermentino and Cabernet Sauvignon vines. It features sandy, ventilated soil where grapes of particular finesse are expected to grow.
Located at an altitude of 50 m above sea level, enjoying north-westerly exposure. The grapes are destined for sale and are divided as follows: 0,64 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc, 0.62 hectares of Viognier and 0.35 hectares of Vermentino.
Purchased in 2013, this is the estate’s highest and most iconic vineyard. Located between 100 and 150 metres above sea level, it combines skeleton-rich soils with cool exposure. Cultivated with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Vermentino.
The first vineyard cultivated by Fabio Motta, Le Pievi covers an area of 4.17 hectares, situated 50 m above sea level with south-westerly exposure. Sands and clays are home to Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in balanced wines with a distinctive character.
